Broad Spectrum Insecticide Miticide
Paradox is a unique insecticide/miticide with two modes of action. Research has shown that the patented combination of essential oils in Paradox block octopamine neuroreceptors in insects and mites, and also provide a temporary covering to the pest’s outer membrane leading to a smothering effect.
Octopamine regulates the insect's movement, heart rate, behavior, and metabolism. Blocking such receptors causes quick knockdown and death of the target insect. As an essential oil, a temporary covering of the insect’s outer membrane with a spray of Paradox leads to suffocation of the pest. Paradox’s natural origin provides the benefit of effective pest control combined with environmentally safe properties.
Derived from a patented blend of non-hazardous botanical oils, Paradox provides maximum control of insects with a minimum of environmental or human impact. An emulsifiable concentrate, Paradox will provide comparable results to that of conventionalchemicals with virtually none of the hazards.
Paradox is labeled for most Agricultural, Ornamental and Turf crops and pests. Consult the product label for specific crop, pest and application information.
See product label for complete directions and application rates.

Spray Oil Emulsion, Insecticide, Miticide and Fungicide
Saf-T-Side is a smothering oil, produced using only the highest quality “Narrow Range” oil providing optimal pesticidal efficacy, durability, and minimal hazard. Agricultural spray oils are effective pest control mechanisms, but their efficacy as well as hazards are directly related to how long the oil remains on the plant.
Most light oils are considered to be non-pesticidal because they don't remain on the plant long enough to suffocate pests, while most heavy oils are often considered to be hazardous to plants. Saf-T-Side is in the “Optimal Range”, providing excellent residual control without the hazards of heavier oils.
Saf-T-Side is a unique concentrate of pre-emulsified highly refined, high paraffin, low aromatic oil and nothing else, ideal for safe and effective pest and disease control in a broad range of crops and ornamentals.
The Saf-T-Side manufacturing process breaks down the oil, reducing typical droplet size from 700 microns to approximately 50 microns. Only then are emulsifiers added in the final manufacturing step. These smaller oil droplets assure that only a very thin; even coating of oil will be applied to the plant. Even coverage enables the product to be more effective in insect control as well as being safer for the plant.
Applications
Saf-T-Side may be used alone, or in combination with other products as a highly effective control for a broad range of crops and pests. Saf-T-Side's mode of action is primarily through the suffocation of eggs, larvae, nymphs and adults of soft bodied insects.
Compatibility
Saf-T-Side is compatible with most commonly used insecticides and fungicides.
Read and follow all precautions and limitations on labeling of all products used in tank mixtures.
Saf-T-side is labeled for most Agricultural and Ornamental crops and numerous pests.

Naturally Derived Parasitic Nematode Control
Each year, millions of acres around the world come under threat of damage due to the activity of parasitic nematodes. Soil samples assessed by diagnostic laboratories around the world are showing the presence of one or more species of those nematodes.
Neo-Tec S.O. is based on patented development work as a naturally derived control for parasitic nematodes,
Neo-Tec S.O.is derived from extracts of specific cultivars of hybrid sesame plants. The mode of action includes nematoxic or nemastatic effects, anoxic rhizospheres, disruption of nematode taxis to roots, and disruption of male taxis to females. These results are the basis for the use of sesame for many centuries in crop rotation for its residual nematicidal benefits to crops following sesame.
Neo-Tec S.O. is effective on both Ectoparasitic and Endoparasitic Nematodes. Ectoparasitic Nematodes live outside the plant root, and feed only on materials they can reach, while Endoparasitic Nematodes spend at least part of their life cycle inside the roots of the plants on which they feed. Some parasitic nematodes are migratory, and move in and out of root tissues, while some are sedentary and effectively don’t move at all.
Neo-Tec S.O. is labeled both Ornamental and Turf, and may be applied by spray, drip or overhead irrigation systems.

CHLORPYRIFOS FIRE ANT AND MOLE CRICKET CONTROL
Based on Chlorpyrifos, Android G is baited with Brandt’s own Seduction brand of attractant. Designed to bring more pests to the pesticide than conventional products of similar design, Android G will exhibit better control of imported fire ants and Mole Crickets in fine turf and ornamental applications.
Directions for Use
Fire Ant Control: For mound treatment only. Consult the product label or the web site for specific application details.
Mole Crickets and most other turf insects: For most applications, broadcast 1 lb. Android G per 1000 square feet, and water in thoroughly. Consult the product label for specific pests and rates.
CARBARYL BAITED MOLE CRICKET CONTROL
A high powered 5% Carbaryl formulation, Mole Cricket Bait is baited with Brandt’s own Seduction brand attractant. The Carbaryl insecticide is contained in a unique pelletized formulation manufactured from a meal that Mole Crickets love to consume, and is finally coated with the attractant to improve results even further.
Directions for Use/Turf and Ornamental
Treat entire area evenly at a dosage of 2.25 to 3 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. For best results, mow turf and remove clippings before treatment. Apply enough water to thoroughly wash the insecticide into the turf or soil areas to be treated.
